Ryn-inspired provides:

• Digital wardrobe management
• Style inspiration and outfit recommendations
• Clothing photography and cataloguing
• Style book cataloguing
• Seasonal/location-based styling suggestions
• Subscription-based & Credit-based premium features

Features may evolve over time.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful media
• Misuse app features for commercial or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the app
• Interfere with the app’s functionality
• Create false accounts or misuse payment features

If account creation is enabled, you are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate
• Monitor guest access activity in your wardrobe
• Any activity occurring under your account

We may suspend accounts for violations.

To function properly, Ryn-inspired may request:

• Camera access (to capture clothing or style photos/videos)
• Location access (for geographic styling suggestions)
• Storage access (to upload or save wardrobe media)

Permissions are used only for their intended functions.

Advanced features may require a subscription.

• Payment processing is handled through Visa/Mastercard or other third party providers (once integrated).
• We do not store your card information.
• Subscriptions will auto renew unless set to manual renewal or cancelled.
• Refunds follow applicable laws and app store policies.

You may request deletion at any time.

All app content, branding, features, and software belong to Float!ng Axe Plc Ltd.
You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute or
• Sell any part of the app without written permission.

Float!ng Axe Plc Ltd is not liable for:

• Data loss
• Device errors or hardware issues
• Service interruptions
• Incorrect or undesired styling suggestions
• Third-party service outages

Use of the app is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Policy violations
• Misuse of the service
• Suspected fraud
• Legal/regulatory reasons

You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

• Australia, and secondarily
• Relevant regional laws in operating Asian and other global jurisdictions

Disputes will be handled in the appropriate legal forum.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the app means automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.
